Jeff's Story

23 Years on the Sidelines. Now in Your Facility.

Jeff Harris spent 23 years as a Head Athletic Trainer — keeping athletes healthy, managing injuries, and building the clinical instincts that most safety consultants never develop.

After more than a decade and a half at Dosher Physical Therapy Associates and Easley High School, Jeff moved into industrial sports medicine, working on-site at manufacturing facilities through Briotix Health. He saw firsthand how the same injury-prevention principles that keep athletes on the field apply directly to workers on the production floor. That experience is what led him to found Enhanced Ergonomics + Safety in 2026 — bringing a genuine clinical background to ergonomic assessments, audiometric testing, and workplace safety consulting.

Along the way, Jeff served as Medical Director for the Senior League World Series of Baseball and provided medical coverage for the National Christian College Athletic Association World Series. He holds a Master's degree in Athletic Training from Marshall University, a Bachelor's from the University of Indianapolis, and is deeply involved in his local community through his church, the YMCA, and regional athletics programs.
